3 cups of Rice chex cerial (buy from amazon)

1 cup of sugar free, vegan chocolate chips (or any chocolate of choice)

1 cup peanut butter

1-2 tbs maple syrup

¼ cup  coconut oil


  1. Line a 8X8 inc baking dish with parchment/ baking paper
  2. Add rice chex to cereal bowl
  3. Melt all other ingredients on a Ban-Marie or in microwave
  4. Pour wet ingredients over chex cereal and press into dish and refrigerate for an hour.
  5. Slice into small bite size pieces and enjoy  – (lasts in the fridge, in an air tight container, for a couple of weeks  ….maybe longer we always finish then before this time)
